Shipping Policy

How and when we ship your Clairova order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 3โ€“7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2โ€“3 business days (additional fee at checkout)

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (additional fee at checkout)

Shipping timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. This threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.

The Duo Pack ($44.99) qualifies for free shipping when combined with any additional item in the same order.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

International shipping is planned for a future date. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no charge.
